Craigtoun Country Park
Craigtoun is a 47 acre, well maintained country park located within the Cameron area and just 2 miles from the historic town of St Andrews. The park itself is open 24/7 and it’s a great day out for the whole family. During the season (Easter to October) you can enjoy rides on the Rio Grande miniature railway and the Puffin’ Billy road train, as well as Crazy Golf and Park Golf. There are Bouncy Castles and Pedal Cars to keep the little ones entertained and a Go-Kart track suitable for older children and adults. 2025 saw the introduction of a new activity, Touch Tennis, and the Boats around the Dutch Village will be back on again for the 2026 season. All weather permitting for safety reasons. All 2026 upcoming activities can be found at https://www.friendsofcraigtoun.org.uk/ and some exciting new events are planned, as shown below:

The Craigtoun Cafe serves a selection of hot and cold food, cakes and traybakes, teas and coffees and, of course, ice cream. The Cafe is currently open daily from 10 am.
The Friends of Craigtoun is a registered charity (SC044249) and relies on ticket sales, grants and donations to maintain Craigtoun Country Park and keep it open as a visitor attraction for the local community. You can become a Supporter or a Volunteer in either a physical role – gardening, painting etc, or a more sedentary role. There is an exciting current opportunity to make a difference by volunteering as a Trustee, on the charity Board: details are at https://friendsofcraigtoun.org.uk/news/seeking-new-trustees .
