Stagecoach will be making changes to a number of their services on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. 

Please see the summary sheet below outlining what these changes are. 

The new timetables will be available shortly on the Stagecoach website. 

Journey Planning
Passengers looking to travel to areas where services have had their timetable changed should
access Traveline Scotland for journey options.  Passengers may find that journeys can still be
made by interchanging with other services.  Traveline can be accessed via various platforms
including the Traveline App, Website or by calling 0871 200 22 33.

Information on public transport options can also be found on Google Transit.”


Dunfermline - Crossford - High Valleyfield - Culross
Revised route and timetable.  Sunday timetable extension to Kincardine/Alloa
remains unchanged.


Dunfermline - Crossford - High Valleyfield - Kincardine
Revised route and timetable to omit Culross. The new route will operate as follows,
High Valleyfield via B9037 to Kincardine. Balgownie West to the A985 will be
omitted Mon - Sat. Service 28 will continue to serve this area.



Kirkcaldy - Brodick Road - Redcraigs - Fife Central Retail Park
Service 11 journeys operating east along Strathkinnes Road towards Kirkcaldy Bus
Station will now turn right into Dean Road to reach Ferrard Road (Aldi), instead of
running to Stathkinnes Road.



Kirkcaldy - Brodick Road - Birnam Road - Fife Central Retail Park
Revised timetable and route.  The service now stops at the bus stop adj to
McDonalds, does not enter retail park. 



Fife Central Retail Park - Kirkcaldy - Dysart - West Wemyss
Service will operate direct to Chapel Road via Wester Bogie Road continuing to the
Retail Park.



Kirkcaldy - Dunnikeir Estate
Revised Sunday timetable in order to improve reliability departure times have
adjusted from Kirkcaldy bus station. 



Kirkcaldy Bus Station - Templehall - Fife Central Retail Park -
Revised Sunday timetable to improve reliability.



Leven  - Kirkcaldy - Halbeath - Kincardine - Glasgow
The weekday 0610 journey, Dunfermline to Kirkcaldy now depart 10 minutes later at 0620. 



Glenrothes - Cardenden – Kirkcaldy
0717 and 0817 departures from Glenrothes to Kirkcaldy to run 5 minutes earlier
Monday to Saturday to accommodate shift workers. 



Kirkcaldy - Glenrothes - North Glenrothes - Asda
The 0650 Kirkcaldy to Glenrothes journey is now withdrawn.



Kirkcaldy - Glenrothes - Cupar – Dundee
This Service will now observe the stops at the Forgan Roundabout.



Kirkcaldy - Glenrothes - Cupar – Dundee
Between Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes the 53 will now mirror X53 limited stops in the
evenings and Sundays.



Edinburgh - Ferrytoll - Halbeath - Glenrothes - Dundee
The 1445 journey on X54 Edinburgh to Dundee will now operate direct to Seagate
bus station, omitting the Rail Station. This Service will now observe the Forgan Roundabout Stops.



Perth - Kelty - Dunfermline - Rosyth - Ferrytoll - Edinburgh
Additional 1750 departure  to Dunfermline Bus Station



Perth - Kelty - Dunfermline - Rosyth - Ferrytoll - Edinburgh
This Service will now observe the stops at Cocklaw Street, Kelty (near M90 Junction).



St Andrews - Leven - Kirkcaldy - Ferrytoll - Edinburgh 
0422 departure from Aberhill, now depart 10 minutes later at 0432.
0530 departure from Leven Bus Station, will now depart 10 minutes later at 0540. 
Minor weekday peak journeys are retimed.
X58 Will now observe the stops for Fife College, Levenmouth Campus at Strarkie’s Woods Buckhaven.
Revised route and timetable, service will return to operate via Hope Street Inverkeithing. 



St Andrews - Cupar - Glenrothes - Halbeath - Ferrytoll - Edinburgh
There will be additional 1740 & 1840 weekday X59 journeys from Edinburgh to Halbeath P&R
